Refund policy

Effective date: review pending · Issued by J M Tours and Travels, operator of the Clearviza product. These terms must be reviewed by an Indian lawyer before production launch.

Our on-time guarantee

At checkout we lock a guaranteed delivery date. If we fail to deliver a filed decision (approval or rejection) from the embassy by that date, we refund our service fee in full. The government fee is paid directly to the embassy and follows the embassy's own policy — which for most destinations is non-refundable regardless of outcome.

If your visa is rejected

We refund our service fee in full. Government fees are governed by the embassy; most embassies do not refund government fees on rejection. We will share the rejection reason if the embassy provides one.

Cancellations before filing

You can cancel any time before we file your application. We refund both the government fee and our service fee in full (the government fee refund may take 5–7 business days to process via Razorpay).

Cancellations after filing

Once filed with the embassy, the government fee is committed and cannot be refunded. Our service fee is non-refundable at this stage (our on-time guarantee still applies).

How to request a refund

Email refunds@clearviza.com with your application ID. We respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
