Privacy policy

What we collect

Name, email, mobile, nationality — to create your application.
Passport bio-page and supporting documents — to file with the embassy.
Payment details — processed by Razorpay; we never store card numbers.
Usage data (pages, referrer, approximate location) — for security and improving the service.

How we use it

Strictly to file, track and deliver your visa application; communicate status updates; and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We share passport data only with the specific embassy / consular authority handling your visa.

How we protect it

Uploads are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is limited to the ops team handling your file. Payment data never touches our servers — Razorpay tokenises cards as per PCI-DSS.

Retention

We keep your application + documents for 180 days after visa delivery (or last status update), after which they are permanently deleted. Financial records are retained for 7 years to meet tax/audit law.

Your rights under DPDP Act 2023

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction — ask us to fix anything incorrect.
Erasure — request deletion (subject to retention obligations above).
Grievance — complain to our Data Protection Officer (below).
